Raquel Gomes is the founder and CEO of Stafi, a company revolutionizing law firms with virtual staffing solutions. Raised in Brazil, influenced by her father's entrepreneurial journey. Pursued psychology degree and MBA in the US. Balancing high-tech corporate world with motherhood led to creating Stafi for flexible staffing tailored to modern professionals' needs. Committed to reshaping work standards and supporting women globally striving for professional success without sacrificing personal well-being.
Patricia, born in Santo Domingo and raised in a family of immigrants, moved to the U.S. in 1999, gaining firsthand experience with the immigration system.
She earned a BA in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University and a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. After practicing Immigration and Nationality law in Miami for over a decade, Patricia founded Work Visa Lawyers in 2020 to help talented individuals secure U.S. employment-based visas.
Fluent in English and Spanish, she enjoys exploring new cuisines, traveling, dancing, and ocean swimming. Patricia lives with her husband, Thomas, and their two children.
Ilona is an award-winning attorney specializing in Trademark Application Law. A cum laude graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, she gained experience at top firms like Akerman and KPMG before co-founding her own firm, recognized by Law Firm 500 as one of the “Fastest Growing Law Firms” for four consecutive years. Ilona has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for five years and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Fluent in English and Russian, with conversational French and Spanish, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking vegan recipes, playing tennis, practicing Taekwondo, traveling, and reading. As the founder of Carpe Diem Law Firm, Ilona is dedicated to protecting your brand so you can focus on seizing the day.
