While many of you may know me as the Founder and CEO of Stafi, I’m also a psychologist, a mother, a wife, and the creator of the Feminine Glow movement. Most importantly, I’m on a mission to help women reconnect with their true selves and embrace the power that lies within their feminine energy.
Born and raised in Brazil, I grew up in a household where women were considered less than men. My brothers were uplifted and encouraged, while my sisters and I were treated as “second-class citizens.” Our roles were clearly defined from a young age, and we were taught not to have too many desires or ambitions.
This upbringing led me to spend much of my adult life trying to prove that I was equal in value to any successful male leader out there. I believed that this was the only way to earn respect and achieve success in the business world.
I often felt out of place in the business world. I hid under the patriarchal facade of expectations for years, burying my feminine intuition and energy. This only brought fatigue, half-felt success, and a deep estrangement from myself.
I was chasing a version of success that left me empty, sad, and numb. There was a silent cry within me, yearning for something more, but I couldn’t quite understand what was missing.
A couple of years ago, I embarked on a transformative journey. It took several life-altering events to shake me and help me realize that I was losing something precious—myself. I had lost touch with the essence of who I was. My inner Goddess, the one that every woman is born with, had been silenced and repressed for too long. I had become my own executioner, shutting down my light and feeding myself lies about what it meant to be successful.
But I finally broke free. I learned to tap into the immense power of my feminine energy and to balance it with the masculine energy that had dominated my life for so long. Today, I feel more inspired, empowered, and feminine than ever before.
I’ve come to understand that as women, we are born with an innate power greater than any other. All we need to do is learn how to embrace it and bring it to life.
This journey was challenging, and I went through much of it alone, as there weren’t many resources or communities to support me. That’s why I created Feminine Glow—a movement and community dedicated to helping women find balance, reconnect with their inner power, and nurture their joy, intuition, and pleasure. Feminine Glow is a safe space where women can hold hands and support each other as we rediscover our true Feminine Glow.
